Циркуляция менингококка серогруппы А обуславливает непрерывность эпидемического процесса

Аннотация

Приоритетность исследований менингококковой инфекции определяется   остротой развития инфекционного процесса с высоким риском развития осложнений и вероятностью летального исхода болезни. Ведущая роль в формировании невосприимчивости к менингококку принадлежит естественной иммунизации, обусловленной носительством микроорганизма, которое создает иммунологический фон, формирующий защиту населения от инфекции. В период спорадической заболеваемости важно было выяснить возможность выявления контакта с менингококком эпидемической серогруппы А здорового населения, используя метод иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА).

Целью работы явилось изучение циркуляции МСА среди здорового населения разных возрастных групп в г. Москве на основании выявления антител класса IgM к полисахариду менингококка серогруппы А в ИФА как косвенного показателя встречи с возбудителем.

Материалы и методы. Образцы сывороток крови, полученные от здорового населения, проживающих в г. Москве были исследованы в ИФА. Исследовано 14119 образцов сывороток крови.

Результаты и обсуждение. Проведенные исследования показали, что в период с 2006 по 2024 гг. в образцах сывороток крови здорового населения выявлялись антитела к полисахариду менингококка серогруппы А, средний уровень которых составил в популяции 9,8%, что подтверждало постоянство циркуляции менингококка.

Заключение. Проведенные исследования позволили оценить циркуляцию менингококка серогруппы А по реакции иммунной системы на контакт с микроорганизмом – формированию антител класса IgM к полисахаридному антигену менингококка.

Annotation

The priority of meningococcal infection research is determined by the severity of the infectious process with a high risk of complications and the likelihood of death of the disease. The leading role in the formation of immunity to meningococcus belongs to natural immunization due to the carrier of the microorganism, which creates an immunological background that forms the protection of the population from infection. During the period of sporadic morbidity, it was important to find out the possibility of detecting contact with epidemic serogroup A meningococcus in a healthy population using the method of enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).

The aim of the work was to study the circulation of MSA among healthy populations of different age groups in Moscow based on the detection of IgM class antibodies to meningococcal serogroup A polysaccharide in ELISA as an indirect indicator of the encounter with the pathogen.

Materials and methods. Blood serum samples obtained from a healthy population living in Moscow were examined in the ELISA. 14,119 blood serum samples were examined.

Results and discussion. The conductedstudies have shownthatin the periodfrom2006to2024.antibodiestomeningococcalserogroupApolysaccharide were detectedinbloodserumsamples from a healthypopulation, with an averagelevelof9.8%in the population, whichconfirmed the constancy of meningococcalcirculation.

Conclusion. The conducted studies allowed us to evaluate the circulation of meningococcus serogroup A by the reaction of the immune system to contact with the microorganism – the formation of IgM class antibodies to the polysaccharide antigen of meningococcus.
