РАЗРАБОТКА ИММУНОФЕРМЕНТНОЙ ТЕСТ-СИСТЕМЫ ДЛЯ ВЫЯВЛЕНИЯ ИММУНОГЛОБУЛИНОВ КЛАССА А К ВИРУСАМ ПРОСТОГО ГЕРПЕСА ЧЕЛОВЕКА 1 И 2-ГО ТИПОВ

Аннотация

Цель исследования – разработка и предварительная оценка диагностической эффективности ИФТС для выявления иммуноглобулинов класса А к возбудителю простого герпеса 1 и 2-го типов. С использованием новой ИФТС «ИФА-антиВПГ-1,2- IgA» исследовано 127 образцов сыворотки крови, которые одновременно были исследованы с использованием тест-систем «ИФА-ВПГ 1+2-IgM», «ИФА-ВПГ-1-IgG» и «ИФА-ВПГ-2-IgG». В 17 образцах были достоверно выявлены IgA к ВПГ-1 и в 10 – к ВПГ-2. В этих же образцах были обнаружены IgG к ВПГ одного или обоих типов и не были выявлены IgM к ним, что подтверждает необходимость включения теста на IgA в алгоритм серологической диагностики простого герпеса.

Annotation

The purpose of the study is to develop and preliminary evaluate the diagnostic effectiveness of IFTS for the detection of class A
immunoglobulins to the causative agent of herpes simplex types 1 and 2. Using the new IFTS “ELISA-anti-HSV-1,2-IgA”, 127 blood
serum samples were examined, which were simultaneously examined using the test systems “ELISA-HSV 1+2-IgM”, “ELISA-HSV-1-
IgG” and “ELISA-HSV-2-IgG”. IgA to HSV-1 was reliably detected in 17 samples and to HSV-2 in 10 samples. In the same samples,
IgG to HSV of one or both types was detected and IgM to them was not detected, which confirms the need to include the IgA test in the
algorithm for serological diagnosis of herpes simplex.
