Kuzin Alexander Alexandrovich

Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor, expert of the Expert Council on Medical and Preventive Sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Member of the Presidium of the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Society of Epidemiologists, Microbiologists and Parasitologists, the National Association of Specialists in the Control of Infections Associated with the Provision of Medical Care (NP NASKI). Member of the editorial boards of journals: “Epidemiology and Vaccine Prevention”, “Journal of Infectology”, “Medical Alphabet”, series “Epidemiology and Hygiene”, “Questions of Virology”, “Russian Medical Journal”, “Bulletin of the Russian Military Medical Academy”, “Izvestia” Russian Military Medical Academy”. He is the author and co-author of 6 textbooks, 12 teaching aids and 26 methodological documents of the Main Military Medical Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Head of the scientific school “Problems of Military Epidemiology”. Under his scientific leadership, a galaxy of scientific and pedagogical personnel was trained, constituting both the teaching staff of the department and the management staff of sanitary and preventive organizations of the Russian Ministry of Defense. In total, to date, the scientific school has trained 29 doctors and 162 candidates of medical sciences.
